Competition Terms & Conditions

The organiser is MAXION LTD, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Abu Dhabi Global Market under company number 000009740, with its registered office at Unit 3801-C1.D019, 38th Floor, Addax Port Office Tower, Tamouh, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (“MAXION”).

The competition opens on 25 October 2026 at 6:00 pm UAE time and closes on 22 November 2026 at 11:59 pm UAE time. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

A nominator must be 21 or older and resident in the UAE.

A nominee must be a single man aged 21 or older, resident in the UAE, eligible to join MAXION, and not already a MAXION member when nominated. He must choose to accept the nomination, submit his own MAXION application and have his profile approved for his entry and the linked nominator’s entry to become valid.

An existing MAXION member cannot be nominated, but may nominate an eligible man. A man may nominate himself if he is not already a member; an approved self-nomination gives him one entry, not two.

Employees and contractors of MAXION who work on this campaign, anyone administering the draw, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Entry is free. No purchase or paid MAXION subscription is required to enter or claim the prize.

To nominate someone, the nominator must complete the campaign form and send the unique nomination link provided by MAXION to the man they have nominated. MAXION will not ask nominators to submit the nominee’s private contact details. The nominee decides for himself whether to follow the link and apply to MAXION.

A nominee’s application must be submitted before the competition closes. MAXION will continue reviewing applications during a verification period on 23 November 2026. The nominee must be approved as a MAXION member during that period for the linked competition entries to become valid.

Nominators may nominate more than one man. Each different eligible man who joins and is approved through a nominator’s link gives that nominator one entry. Repeated nominations of the same man by the same nominator do not create additional entries. Each approved nominee receives one entry of his own.

Entries made using false information, impersonation, automated methods or attempts to manipulate the referral process may be disqualified following reasonable review.

MAXION will select one winner at random from all valid entries. Nominator entries and nominee entries will be included in the same draw. There is one prize in total, regardless of whether the selected winner is a nominator or a nominee.

MAXION intends to complete verification and conduct the draw on 23 November 2026, and to contact the provisionally selected winner by approximately 6:00 pm UAE time that day, subject to any applicable permit conditions. MAXION may contact them using the email address and phone number provided during the entry process.

The selected person must respond within 48 hours of MAXION’s first notification and provide reasonable information needed to verify their eligibility. If they do not respond, decline the prize or fail verification, MAXION may select a reserve winner at random from the remaining valid entries, in accordance with applicable rules and permit conditions.

MAXION will publicly announce the confirmed winner only after they have accepted and passed verification. The announcement may be later than 23 November if additional checks or a reserve draw are needed.

The single winner receives a two-night stay for two at Atlantis The Royal, Dubai, arranged and paid for by MAXION. The package includes:

The winner may choose one accompanying guest, subject to the hotel’s guest and identification requirements. The prize must be taken in January or February 2027 on dates agreed with MAXION and available for all included elements of the package. MAXION will coordinate the reservations with the winner and confirm the arrangements before their stay.

MAXION will pay for the advertised accommodation, breakfasts, cabana package and dinner, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges associated with those inclusions. Transport to and from the hotel is the responsibility of the winner and their guest. Additional purchases or services they request outside the arranged package are their responsibility.

The prize cannot be sold, transferred to another person or exchanged for cash. If a specific advertised component becomes unavailable, MAXION will arrange a comparable or better alternative, subject to applicable law and any permit conditions, and will tell the winner before confirming the booking.

MAXION may share the information reasonably needed to arrange the prize with the hotel and relevant service providers. Entry into the competition does not automatically enrol participants in unrelated marketing communications; any marketing choice should be presented separately.

By entering, participants acknowledge that MAXION may announce the confirmed winner’s name in connection with the campaign. MAXION will request separate permission before using the winner’s photograph, video, interview or testimonial in promotional content.

MAXION may request reasonable proof of age, UAE residency, identity and compliance with these terms. MAXION will make reasonable efforts to address technical problems affecting entry fairly.

Any change to the dates, selection process or prize will be made only where reasonably necessary and permitted by the relevant authority. MAXION will communicate material changes through the campaign page. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
